Couldn't recommend more for a transient visit
Comfortable room, helpful staff, coupled with a generous breakfast, made our stay enjoyable after long days of exploring the city, all within a 900-meter walk to Circus Maximus.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Truly enjoyed the breakfast provided, it was enjoyable and delicious. The location was great and stunning, for example, Mouth of Truth was within walking distance of the hotel.

I'd say that room was well-appointed, it had tea/coffee making equipment, refrigerators, and glassware, that's handy. The staff was incredibly attentive and efficient and great to deal with. The daily service was exceptional.

Great location (walking distance from many historical points of interest) and the staff was very pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast (which was included) was fresh and plentiful.
Having visited Rome in July, the only thing we missed having at the hotel was a pool! Another minor comment would be for the hotel to simplify the daily log-in procedure for wi-fi access which was sometimes a bit cumbersome.

The staff were all excellent, especially the manager, Marco. The hotel might at first seem a bit out of town, but in fact it's well placed between the center and the Colesseum. The roof restaurant is fantastic, outstanding views, service and food. Breakfast in the courtyard is also very good - not a whole lot choice though.

I enjoyed the spacious, clean rooms and the really good breakfast offerings with everything from fresh fruits to small-sized breads for my son. The rooftop bar was a highlight too, offering amazing views over the city.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have handheld shower options for kids.

Everything about Fortyseven was outstanding, and a place I would recommend and go back to on my next trip to Rome. Elegant boutique hotel, state of the art spacious rooms, attentive, friendly and accomodating staff and service. Nothing left to the imagination. Quiet and relaxing environment and lovely layout and design. Espresso machines with generous espresso pods in each room. Location is perfect, central to ancient Roman area and major locations, but not in a bustling, overcrowded area.

The Hotel was recommended by friends who stayed there last October - and we were so happy they did!!! The staff was courteous and professional; the woman who checked us in gave us the names of 3 restaurants, and their directions. We ate at two of them and were very happy with our choices. The hotel itself was very centrally located for what we wanted to do (mostly wander and soak in the city life, plus see some of the major sites). The rooftop Circus restaurant was a complete treat - the food and service were excellent. It was the perfect ending for our two weeks in Italy.
Our only complaint would be that our upstairs neighbor liked to drag chairs across the floor at odd hours. That being said, we rarely heard anyone else around us except for the occasional door closing.
